Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 2, 2026. Rules governing our marketing and engineering services.
1. Scope of Services
Growth Fusion Media provides digital marketing retainers (SEO, PPC, SMM management) and custom web design and engineering services. All deliverables, timelines, and payment retainers are structured under formal Client Service Agreements (CSAs).
2. Payments & Retainers
Monthly marketing retainers are invoiced in advance and are due within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. Custom design or web development projects require a 50% deposit prior to project intake, with the remaining 50% due immediately prior to domain launch.
3. Visual & Code Asset Ownership
Upon full receipt of payment, the client owns 100% of the custom visual brand guidelines, logo files, and custom website source code. Growth Fusion Media retains licensing rights to showcase completed projects in our portfolio layouts.
4. Ad Spend & Attribution Responsibility
Advertising budgets (spend on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) are funded directly by the client. While we configure server-side conversion API tag attributes and optimize bids, we do not guarantee specific conversion volumes, as customer acquisition relies on market factors.
5. Term & Termination
Service agreements can be terminated by either party with a written 30-day notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. For questions, contact: operations@growthfusionmedia.com.
